We want you to love your hat! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Returns Accepted: Within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

Exchanges: Available for a different size or style (subject to stock).

Final Sale Items: Clearance and custom hats cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
